Which areas do you service?

Right now, we’re keeping it local — servicing only Yzerfontein and Langebaan. Not in one of these areas? Pop us a message anyway, and we’ll let you know if we can swing a broom your way. Please note that an additional fee applies for areas 50km or more from Yzerfontein.

What services and time frame do you recommend?

We recommend our 1-hour cleaning with a team of 3 or 4 professional cleaners — it’s the most efficient way to get your space spotless without taking up your whole day. Whether it’s a regular clean, tidy-up, or a focused job like bathrooms and kitchen, our team gets in and out quickly while delivering top-quality results. Need something different? We’re happy to customise the time and team size to suit your space and needs.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! As long as we can access your space (and any pets are secure), you're free to head out and come back to a sparkling clean home.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for kids, pets, and the planet — because a clean home shouldn’t cost the earth.

How do I know your cleaners are fairly paid?

Fair wages are at the heart of what we do. Every cleaner is paid above industry average, and we’re committed to dignity, respect, and empowerment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking at no charge. Less than that? We’ll charge a small fee to cover our cleaners’ time.

How are your cleaners vetted?

To maintain our high standards, we ensure each cleaner has a minimum of two year experience and a police clearance certificate. We provide in-house training to our employees, to ensure we’re staying on top of things. Each of our cleaners come with multiple recommendations by others.

Can I book your service over weekends?

We only offer weekend services on Saturday mornings until 12pm. If you really need someone over the weekend, please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do!
